FAQ’s
AMME (Advanced Marketing Manager & Entrepreneurship) is a 10-month, full-time, experiential learning programme from Creators & Marketers School (CMS), preparing learners for careers in marketing, branding, business strategy, entrepreneurship, and AI-driven growth.
Creators & Marketers School (CMS) is a new-age creative business school for the digital-first world. It is backed by Quadcubes, an award-winning marketing agency, and CDA Academy, Kerala’s first and largest agency-based digital marketing institute. Whether you’re planning to become a brand strategist, marketing leader, content creator, consultant, or launch your venture, this is where your creative career takes off.
Learn → Build → Execute → Present → Optimise. Instead of exams and theory-only lectures, learners work on real brand briefs, live campaigns, and market deployment. AMME runs on a “Learn by Doing, Earn While Learning” model.
Offline. Real application of the frameworks you learn is only possible in an environment built for free thought and experimentation, not a virtual box on your screen.
Industry-led, project-based, business-first curriculum with AI integrated across modules, live client projects, industry networking, career-readiness support, and portfolio-focused learning, rather than classroom theory alone.
We don’t cap your options with a single title. You’ll have the practical knowledge and experience of actually applying what you learn. If it helps to have reference points: Social Media Manager, Brand Strategist, Growth Marketer, or Founder of your own venture.
Long enough to actually build something real. Short enough that you’re not spending years proving what 10 months can already show you.
Yes. Month 1 starts from the foundations, and no prior marketing background is required. Just passion.
Submit Application → Screening & Interview → Scholarship Evaluation → Offer Letter → Fee Payment → Enrolment.
AMME’s mission is explicitly global: “From India, to the World”, training learners to lead global campaigns and ventures. The curriculum includes globally recognised, industry-standard certifications alongside the CMS credential, so the qualification isn’t limited to the Indian market.
The founding and faculty team includes a former Meta South Partnerships Lead (Jinu Ben) and working leaders from Quadcubes (an award-winning marketing agency) and CDA Academy. Learners are mentored directly by active agency leaders, big-tech platform executives, founders, CEOs, and industry experts, not only academic staff.
AMME is a 10-month, full-time, in-person experiential programme based on the Calicut campus. It’s designed around live client work, studio access, and in-person mentorship, so it’s intended for learners who can relocate to Calicut for the duration.
Learners graduate with a portfolio of real client work, live campaign data, and performance metrics rather than a certificate alone. The “Earn Circle” pathway also lets learners earn a share of revenue from live client projects during the programme itself, and career-readiness support (resume, LinkedIn, mock interviews, salary negotiation) is built in to help translate that portfolio into a job or business.
Graduates are prepared for roles such as Marketing Manager, Brand Executive, Performance Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Executive, Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, Marketing Analyst, and Marketing Consultant, among others, across multiple industries.
The programme includes monthly Work-in-Progress Showcases (a presentation and feedback platform) and a Leadership Acceleration Programme focused on communication, presence, and professional confidence. These milestones give visible, trackable proof of progress throughout the 10 months.
You’ll have full contact with your child. Consider this a 10-month training on what it would be like when they begin working. Remember that they are here to learn, grow, and explore.
The budget your child manages during the programme comes from AMME. What they earn is what they keep; what they lose is ours.
Learners are mentored by a mix of Industry Mentors (Founders, CEOs, Creators, Marketing Leaders, Agency Professionals, and Industry Experts), plus core faculty leads across each specialised track: business strategy, brand & storytelling, visual production, digital infrastructure, SEO, performance marketing, AI/platform strategy, and career launch.
Three signature formats run throughout: the Leadership Acceleration Programme (monthly, on communication, leadership, executive presence, teamwork, and professional confidence), the Work-in-Progress Showcase (monthly presentations with peer and mentor feedback), and Creator × Brand Roundtables (interactive discussions with founders, creators, and industry leaders).
Both. Beyond the technical curriculum, learners get dedicated career coaching, resume development, portfolio reviews, LinkedIn optimisation, mock interviews, communication skills, personal branding, salary negotiation, and professional networking.
Yes. Under the “Build Your Own” pathway (an alternative to Earn Circle in the final three months), learners building their own business or brand get direct support from mentors and the AMME team, plus access to relevant industry experts, events, and opportunities.
Yes. The Empathy Studio is a creative research space where learners engage with artists, NGOs, and social entrepreneurs to better understand people, communities, and culture before building products or campaigns.
Yes, through the Earn Circle. In the programme’s final phase, learners work on real client projects and live campaigns; revenue generated through this work is shared among the learners who contributed. It’s an “earn while you learn” model, not just a stipend or scholarship.
The “Build Your Own” pathway lets learners use the final three months to focus on their own business or brand idea instead of Earn Circle, with mentor and AMME team support plus access to industry experts and opportunities, structured as “6 months to learn, 3 months to build what’s next.”
A dedicated Placement, Career Launch & Industry Relations function runs mock interviews, portfolio development, external certification prep, and industry mentorship. Career preparation (resume, LinkedIn, communication skills, personal branding, salary negotiation, professional networking) is integrated throughout the 10 months, not just at the end.
Marketing & Strategy (Marketing Manager, Brand Executive, Marketing Strategist, Campaign Manager, Growth Marketing Associate, SEO Specialist), Content & Creative (Digital Marketing Executive, Content Strategist, Creative Strategist, Social Media Manager, Content Marketing Executive), Paid/Performance (Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Media Specialist), and Analytics & Operations (Marketing Analyst, Marketing Operations Executive, Marketing Consultant).
It’s built into the curriculum and timeline. Earn Circle is the structured, final-phase live-client-work track where income is a direct output of coursework, not an unrelated side activity learners have to arrange themselves.
